How To Register New Grandstream Phone Sip Account

This guide is based on Grandstream GXP2135 and Yeastar S-Serial VoIP PBX v30.8.0.14.

This guide is applicable to the following phones:

• Grandstream GXP Serial 1160, 1165, 1400, 1405, 1450, 1610, 1620, 1625, 1628, 1630, 2130, 2135, 2140, 2160, 2170, 2200, 3240, 3245

Annotation: For the IP telephone with dissimilar firmware version, the web GUI may be different.

1. Log in the web folio of the IP phone.

   

   • Username: admin
   • Default Password: admin
2. Click Account tab, choose one account, and configure the general settings.

   

   • Account Active: Aye
   • Account Name: Gear up a name for the account, the proper name will be displayed on the telephone LCD.
   • SIP Server: Fill in the domain or IP address of your PBX.
   • SIP User ID: Fill in the extension number
   • Cosign ID: Fill in the extension'southward Registration Name.
   • Authenticate Password: Fill in the extension'southward Registration Password.
3. Click Salvage and Employ.
4. Go to to check the account condition.

   If the extension is registered, the SIP Registration shows "Yep".
